Shipping:
Orders up to $49.99 will be charged $2.00 shipping.
Orders totaling $50.00 - $99.99 will be charged $3.00 shipping.
Orders totaling $100.00 - $199.99 will be charged $5.00 shipping.
Orders $200.00 and up will be charged $5.00 shipping.

I'm sorry, international orders cannot be accepted at this time.

Sales Tax:
I have included sales tax in the price of each item.

Checks and Money Orders:
I do accept personal checks and money orders. Personal checks will have to clear the bank before I ship the order. Email me at: Debbie@Billyann.com for information on mailing payment.
Return Policy:

All jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects or damage. If your purchase is damaged in shipment, or fails within 30 days, I will repair or replace it free of charge.

Jewelry can be returned for credit only or exchange within 30 days of purchase. There are no returns on custom, special order or sale items.

All returns or exchanges require an authorization number. You must notify me within 7 calendar days of delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
All returns for credit must be received by me within 7 calendar days of issuing you an RA number otherwise no credit or refund will be honored. Please include the original packaging and tags as well as a copy of the receipt.
