Words of Love

I have just recently been contacted by an old friend of Jane's who was unaware of her passing untill he found our site.
Here is the beautiful poem he has sent to us.

"The Light"

I am the Light
The Saving Grace
The One to fill the empty space

I'll be the rock
The One who'll lift
And I will never let you drift

And even when
You're feeling down
My strength will hold you to the ground

And when you're blue
And cannot see
You need only think of Me

I may be gone
For now my friend
But I am here beyond the End

And when that final trip
You take
Please know I'll be there when you wake

Jane's love and strength saw me through the darkest time in my life. Without her light, I cannot imagine where I would be today or even if I would be. I sat down this morning and asked Jane to guide my words as I remember doing so many countless times in years past. This is what came to me. Our loved ones that have departed this world are never far away. They become The Light. It is not the End but the Beginning.

"FLUFFY"

There were times I was confused, unsure,
and distraught,
When I was feeling alone, not a friend to be found,
I had thought.

Each- others' short-comings, and myselfs',
Made it so easy to blame,
Our up-bringings, our parents, what was owed us by the world,
Or something of the same.

I was Blessed in seeing a Bigger Picture, not just for my own self-awareness,
But, indeed, to help others,
Enabled me to grant freedom of blame to my folks and how I was raised,
And to help my blind brothers.

I then found a place to go where I was understood, with compassion,
And Beloved,
By sharing experiences with a Fluffy Angel, who would heal others,
And make everything right with her love.

Thankful and Grateful am I who was blessed,
To be one of the Chosen Disciples of this Mistress of Fame,
The Special One, who showed us all, that no obstacle is so big,
that it can't be overcome,
Our Ever Beloved Jane.
