The ENERGY STAR Certification @ 609 Los Olivos

We are pleased to announce that the custom residence just completed at 609 Los Olivos Road in Santa Rosa, CA has met the required inspection criteria and has been awarded the Federal EPA's ENERGY STAR Certification.

ENERGY STAR qualified homes are independently verified to be at least 30% more energy efficient than homes built to the 1993 national Model Energy Code or 15% more efficient than state energy code, whichever is more rigorous.
